Transport of Shanghai Pudong Airport

What is the cheapest transport i can take from Pudong Int Airport to Changning district, Jiangsu Road.

From Pudong Airport, you could take subway Line 2 and get off at Jiangsu Road station. The fare is only CNY7.

Thanks for that! By my plane will only arrive at 10pm, i know that the subway might not be available by then right?

If so, it will be around 23:00 after you finish customs and immigration. The best way is that you hire a taxi driving to Jiangsu Road directly, which may charge around CNY180. Otherwise, you could take the airport night bus and get off Huashan Rd , and then hire a taxi driving to Jiangsu Road located not far. This method should be much cheaper.
