About:Chinese Embassy in Bulgaria

Must I apply in person for a visa at the embassy in Sofia ? I am British, resident in Bulgaria.

I've read here that I'll need an entry record to Bulgaria. What exactly is that?

You can entrust others or visa agency to process your visa on your behalf if you do not want to go in person. Entry record/(any visa or residence permit) is not required if you are exempted from process to work or reside in Bulgaria.
