sir,i need to travel tomorrow but my visa was denied?

I submitted everything today including an invitation from the company i am going to meet.The company has as well sent a copy of the invitation to the embassy but i have been denied with a reason of not having a visa notice

For business visit to China, you need an official invitation letter (former name Visa Notification) issued by an authorized unit in China, for example local foreign trade and commerce office or foreign affairs. You can ask your inviter company for this letter.
