About:Ngong Ping 360

Giant Buddha Trip, Hong Kong

May I know how much time need to spend for the whole trip to visit the Giant Buddha from Yaumatei MTR(Via Bus vs Cable car)? And what is the best visit time, in the early morning or...?Thank you!

It takes about 35-40 minutes from Yau Ma Tei to Tung Chung by MTR. Then you can take cable or bus to Ngong Ping for the buddha. 25 minutes for the cable and 50 minutes or so by bus. I would suggest visit in the morning then you can go other places fore the rest of the day, which closer to the downtown.
