About:Dual Nationality

can my baby have china passport

i am working here and plan to have birth of my baby in china , we are noty chineses so pls advise if our child can have chinese passport anc citizen of china.

The children can get Chinese nationality if one or both of the parents are Chinese nationality. So, your child can not have Chinese passport. You should go the city Exit and Entry admission within one month since the baby born, to register with birth paper and later apply for visa.
