what is th operating hours of china embassy in singapore

i am holding a one year long term pass and i want to do my china passport because it run out of page.

Office hour of Chinese embassy in Singapore:9:00-11:30am (Application & Collection, no entry for application after 11:30am)Monday through Friday.

Hello,
I wish to apply for a schenghen visa (going to France for Christmas) but my chinese passport has only 1 blank page left! I asked for passeport renewal but delays won't make it possible (Mid December for meeting at chinese embassy + supplementary 10 days delay to get the passeport...).

Is that possible to have a proceed differently, in such case? OR ask for a urgent appointment ?
