about china council scholarship

Dear Sir I am preparing to apply for China council Scholarship. Already I sing up in China Council online application. i saw details. But I have some question: 1. If I sing up two accounts and apply for two subjects in different university is it granted?? 2. What the next step after submission online application?? I am waiting for your reply. Thanks Douglas B. Generally, you need to give all the requested documents to Chinese Embassy in your country for the next stop. I think no problem if you apply for two subjects.
