from Pudong to F1,F2 Building8, No.518 Xinzhuan Rd., Shanghai .. by taxi. Time taken? Cost?

Hello,
My flight gets into PVG at 2pm on Monday Jun 20th, I need to get to " F1,F2 Building8, No.518 Xinzhuan Rd., Shanghai" ... if I leave the airport at 3pm by taxi ... how long will it take and the approx. cost of the taxi?

My International connecting flight leaves at 9:45pm .. if I leave Xinzhaun Rd at 6pm... will I have enough time to get to PVG at about 7pm - 7:30pm?
