From Beijing Jade Youth Hostel which bus or train must I take to Badaling Great Wall and how much

You should walk to the nearest subway Station, Tiananmen East Station, to take subway Line 2 to Xizhimen, get out from Exit A, you will see the Beijing North Railway Station. There are trains to Badaling leaving at 7:26, 8:00, 9:33, 11:08, 11:52 and about three trains in the afternoon. I would suggest going in the morning. The train ticket is 19/23RMB per person. You can also take bus, then you should get off from Subway Line 2 from Jishuitan, next stop of Xizhimen. Then get out from Exit A and walk towards to Deshengmen Arrow Gate. There is 919 bus to Badaling, 12RMB per person.
