About:Wenzhou Transportation

Is there a bullet train from shanghai to Wenzhou

I will come from the Philippines connecting Shanghai but airlines will be arriving 23:30 but the last flight to Wenzhou is 23:30, so i was asking for a train or bus for me to travel by night.

There seems no bus or train at such a late time travelling from Shanghai to Wenzhou. I suggest you stay overnight in Shanghai and then catch a bullet train the next early morning to Wenzhou.
