It is impossible for you to fly to Beijing without a visa and get a visa on arrival there, please obtain a China visa in advance. If you have a letter(s) or telegram(s) from authorized units in China which write that you can get a visa on arrival at Beijing Capital International Airport, you get get a visa there.
