WE WILL TRAVEL tomorrow FROM XIAN TO CHONGQING WHICH STATION SHALL I TAKE?

From Xian to Chongqing, there are around 6 trains available. And two of them like K1032/K1, K544/K541 also have a stop at Xian South train station. Personally, you would better take a train at Xian train station nearby the city center to Chongqing. Anyway, it is better to purchase the tickets ASAP.
