Price of an extra piece of luggage

What is the price of an extra piece of luggage when flying From Beijing to Franckfurt if this one is 20kg? Is the price to be paid twice as it is for 2 flights?

According to Aeroflot-Russian Int'l Airlines, each economy ticket holder could take a maximum free luggage of 23kg as well as your connecting flight. For the costs of excess luggage, you are suggested to consult the airlines by yourself.
