Yes, Halal food is available in Changsha. You can find one beside the Mosque at Sanxing Jie, West Distrcit, Changsha.2

Yes there is, just come Out from Whyi Square Metro station, exit from gate 1 and walk 100 m straight, you will find A good Muslim Restaurant on the Left they have100% Halal sign on the outside, they serve Beaf Noodles and Barbecue. It's not too Costly.1
