About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Is the arrival exit gates for International flight and domestic flight the same in Guangzhou Airport?

I am arriving via international flight and my friend is arriving on domestic flight, can we meet up inside the customs and exit together?

They are not the same. The domestic arrival hall is located at Zone B or A2, while the International Arrival Hall is located at Zone A1. You two may meet each other outside the Terminal.
