Is it possible to apply for China visa by post in Thailand?

I am going to be travelling thru Thailand over the next few weeks then going to China for a while. I won't be staying in any one place in Thailand for longer than 3/4 days at a time. Is it possible to post my visa application with my passport etc to the embassy in Bangkok and collect it when I get to Bangkok for my flight out of Thailand?

Chinese embassy in Bangkok may not accept post application, so, you'd better apply for it in Malaysia before leaving. Visa application can be submitted by someone else or a travel agency if you can not go in person.
