Documents that are required, visa fee & the office address for working Visa?

Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Shaqoor Ahmad Sheikh. I am from Kashmir, India & presently working in Riyadh. I got a job in china. They sent me work permit & invitation letter & now I want to endorse visa on my passport. So, can you please tell me what are other documents that are required, visa fee & the office address?

You also need the following documents for China Employment Visa Application:
(1)Original passport and a photocopy of its pages with personal information.

(2)A fully completed Visa Application Form with the applicant's signature.


(3)A passport photo with white background.

(4)A photocopy of a valid residence permit in Saudi Arabia (only for long-term residents of third country nationals).

(5)Original Foreigner Physical Examination Form with a hospital's official stamp and a photocopy. After the verification, the Embassy will return the original and keep the photocopy.

The visa fee is 120 Riyals, you need to submit application to one of the below two documents:
Chinese Competitive Spirit Co. for Visa Service
Address: Sada 1 business center,62nd street,olaya district

Alsandross International Est.
Address: Riyadh, Al Takhasossi Street ,Bin Salem Business Center( next to the Emirates Airlines Office)
