I have to visit Shnghai, Tianjin city,Sichuan, Anhui, Jiagangcity(Jiangsu) and Lu'an city from Delhi

I think you may plan your itinerary as below:
Fisrt day: fly from Delhi to Shanghai, then take a train from Shanghai Hongqiao railway station to Anhui for about 3.5 hours by bullet train. Then in the evening, take a bus or train to Zhangjiagang City (I find that there isn't a city called Jiagang City in Jiangsu) of Jiangsu. The next day, take a bus from Zhangjiagang to Lu'an City in the afternoon. In the evening, take an overnight train from Lu'an City to Sichuan. The third day, you may either take a train or fligh to Tianjin. Hope it works!
