6nite/7days vacation to Hong Kong/Macau

plan to discover hk & macau in 6nites, 7days trip in July. can either stay in macau/ hong kong ( yet to determine)Any local english tour available ? Criteria is need to have a slow pace visit and minimal walking as going with my mum ( can't walk too much).
