what to do after receiving approved visa from hong kong

when my visa is approved from hong kong..what do i need to do and where do i need to go to get it stamped .
also how long will it take before i can booked my flight etc...please send me all the thing i need to do after receiving my approved visa from hong kong immigration...many thanks
