We are from Delhi, India and want to travel in china form Lhasa to Beijing in holidays by train. Further want to know the availability of tickets in the month of July of August 2011 for Soft Sleeper (4 Nos.). Also the procedure of getting online reservation and tickets. As I know, the travelchinaguide website does not offer train tickets online booking service to and from Lhasa now. So, you would better consult some other agencies for such tickets booking. Besides, it is said that due to the 60th anniversary of the liberation of Tibet, all the foreigners are not allowed to enter Tibet from Jun 25 to Jul 25, 2011. Thus, you are advised to double confirm your trip before booking the tickets.
