what kind of paper i need to get a vist to china?

i have a lebanese passport and i am resident in qatar.

If you want to get a visa to China for sightseeing, you need to prepare the following documents:
1. original passport with at least 6 months remaining validity
2. Completed and signed visa application forms (Form V.2011A & Form V.2011B)
3. One recent passport sized colour photograph. This must not be more than 6 months old
4. Qatar residence permit and its copy
5. two-way plane tickets booking and hotel booking.
