during the qingming festival , is it difficult to get train ticket and do people traval?

Yes, people do travel at that time. The train ticket depends. For example the train ticket between Xian and Beijing, revervation a few days ago is necessary even though in ordinary days. It is not very difficult to buy high speed bullet trains.
