can an Indonesian apply for the F visa in Singapore for Internship in China?

hi, I am Indonesian and intend to do internship in China, can I apply the F visa in Singapore as I am currently working there? Or do I need to go back to Indonesia to apply the visa? Thank you.

If you work there, you can apply for an F visa to China in Singapore, providing your residence permit or work visa.
