Can I hire a car and driver in Deqin, Yunnan province, to drive to Shangri-La (Zhongdian)?

ReplyYes, you could hire a car, but it is inconvenient for you to do so. I suggest you join a local tour which may provide you car or bus to Shangri-la.00Reply
