Visa of Hong Kong on Sports Basis.

The Visa Officer,
P.R. China Embassy, Islamabad.

Sir, I am FIH Umpires Manager and appointed by the Asian Hockey Federation to conduct the 3rd Jr. AHF Cup Hockey Tournament in Hong Kong being held from 23rd July-11 to 1st August-11. Please send me complete detail for requirements of Visa, along with Visa Application Form and where I will submit this form.
I had already been visited China during 16th Asian Games, Nov-2010, as Umpires Manager of Hockey Event.

You can apply for Hong Kong visa from Chinese embassy in Islambad, or by contacting Hongkong Immigration Department directly, or through your sponsor in Hong Kong, the organizer for example.

The address: Hong Kong Immigration Department, Receipt and Dispatch Unit, 2/F, Immigration Tower, 7 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
Documents you need are as follows:
1. Actual passport, signed, valid at least 6 month beyond stay with blank visa pages;
2. One visa application form completely filled-out and signed, you can download here from https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/pdf/hk-new.pdf
3. Two passport-type photographs
4. Invitation letter from the sports organizer.
