Yangtse cruise

Can I possibly see the Yangtse river in a day , Also Iam interested in staying in Ciqikou town and see possibly the Wulong karst and Dazu carvings.How I will see those places.? And if Chongqing is my based what placed is suitable for me in anycase as easy acces?

Is there a bus?
