hello sir /mam i wna make z- visa im presently holding x-visa as im studying here at china

hello can anybody tell me what i have to do for converting x-visa to z-visa im presently here at china ...

It is impossible for you to convert X visa to Z visa in China, now, you ask your company or employer to apply for Alien Employment Licence and Official Invitation Letter for you, then you go to your home country to apply for work visa to China
