How do we get to Causeway Bay, Hong Kong?

hi, would like to ask, if coming from Marco Polo Hotel In canton road, how do we go to Causeway Bay? If taking the MTR, what exit should we go in and from the terminal, what mode of transportation should we take in going to the shopping main areas.Is it walking distance from the MTR station?
