Hi, you can take a direct flight from Manila to Guangzhou first as the direct flights on Manila-Guangzhou route are available daily. From Guangzhou to Dongguan, both trains and buses are available, which cost about 45 mins. From Guangzhou to Xiangtan, personally, you can take a flight to Changsha first. After arriving at Changsha, you may catch a train or bus to Xiangtan.
