same day rush service of china visa application

Question

Pick up time notes drop off has to be by 12:00 am.  Does that mean the day before.  We are interested in same day drop off and pick up.

It means that you have to drop off the application before 12:00 a.m. on the date of application, then you can collect your passport and visa between 2:30pm-3:00pm on the same day. The rush service is the same day drop off and pick up.
