About:Passport

I have a guest, her passport was snatched and have reported to police. what should we do?

Have police report but Emnassy of China was closed at this hour and guest need to travel in 2 days timr. What should we do? Please help

Can you tell me more details, do you mean a foreigner lost her passport in China and reported loss to police? If yes, she needs to apply for replacement of her passport from her embassy in China, or apply for a temporary travel document instead. But it is ok if she will travel within China with the police report.
