I am in Guangzhu know i would like to go to hong kong what the best way to go is it train or by bus

Firstly, you are exempted from visa to enter into Hong Kong.
Well, from Guangzhou East Railway Station, you could take a train to get to Hung Hom station, Kowloon, Hong Kong in 2 hours. This should be comfortable.
