Is there a bus from the Airport to the Terracotta museum

No bus. Apart from taking a taxi from the airport to the museum directly, you can take airport shuttle bus to Bell Tower first. The special bus line is available at the east square of Xian Railway Station. You can take taxi or city bus from the Bell Tower to the railway station.
