About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Can I go outside during 15 hours of layover in Guangzhou Baiyun without visa? I am a us citizen.

I am flying from Los Angeles to Kathumandu.

You need to apply a transit visa if you want to go outside the airport.
