Climate on April in Taipei

May i know the Weather on April to Taipei? is it hot?
Visitor to Taipei on April is suitable for Shopping or Scenery View?
May i know in Taipei which place has the most food for visitor to try?

April is a very nice time to visit Taipei. The average temperature is about 17~25C. It is mild and pleasant. It is suitable for shopping and scenery view in Taipei during April. Taipei Shih-lin Night Market is a nice place for you taste all kinds of food.
