Is there a train from Nantong to Shanghai planned?

I have heard from a friend that a train route is coming that goes from Nantong to Shanghai. Is this correct? If so, when will it begin and what is the price for the ticket and how long is the trip?

Yes, it is said that the train route is under construction between Nantong and Shanghai. And it will take around 1hr after the train route is opened. But no exact opening date is published.

Will this train pass by at Changshu?
Nantong - Changshu - Shanghai? In this case Shanghai - Nantong should be maybe only around 30 min.
