2 Families Only from Shanghai to Suzhou

Hi : We are 2 families (total 4 adults and 3 children aged 7,7 & 3) travelling from Shanghai to Suzhou. We want to experience the Train journey ....at the same time since we dont speak chinese was wondering whether are any local travel Service like a exclusive Dodge mini-van who can pick us from the station and take us to hotel and act like a guide to take around for those 1 1/2 days..Any idea ??
