directions travel from Urumqi to Dunhuang

i would like to travel from urumqi xinjing to Dunhuang, Gansu, china

how would l get there by train how long would it take and what is the costs

other then train what would be the best transportation option

The train ticket fare is CNY316 for soft sleeper and CNY209 for hard sleeper from Urumqi to Dunhuang. It takes about 9-11 hours. Other from the train, the best way for you is to take flight between them. It only takes about 1 hour and 10 minutes.
