How do I get to HK Disneyland from Mongkok?

I will be staying in Union Create Guest house (i think it's in nathan road, mong kok). I will be departing for HK this May 26. Pls help! >.<

The hotel is near to Prince Edward metro station, so you can walk to the station to take MTR Tsuen Wan line and transfer to tung Chung line at Lai King. Then get off at Sunny Bay and take Disneyland Resort to get there.

OMG thank you so much mr david XD Would it be possible for you (or anyone else who knows) to also teach me how to get to Ocean Park from Union Create Guest House at Nathan Road, Mong Kok? :D
