You can go to Guangzhou East Railway Station. There are direct train to Hong Hom, Kowloon, Hong Kong, about 1h45m train journey.0

hi,
there are some buses to Hongkong from Chimelong Hotel, you can consult the hotel the schedule.
Or take metro Line 3 to Guangzhou East Railway station, then take Guangzhou to Hongkong through train.0
