Where is the best location for hotel in Guangzhou?

Hello,

Me and my family will be visiting Guangzhou for approximately 2 nights in mid July. We have never been in Guangzhou before. Where is the best location for hotel? We like to stay at a shopping area where it is close to malls, restaurants, simply a lot of action going around! However not a nightclub area.

Hi, Best location for the shopping cloths is railway station area i think, so you can stay in a hotels at Liu hua road, like Landsman hotel,or Taixiang hotel or Grand continental hotel at Zhanqian road,or Wantong hotel at huaxi road. China hotel at liuhua road. these hotels all are close to shopping centre.
China hotel five stars
Landsman hotel 4 star
taixia hotel 3 star

Hi,

For only 2 nights in Guangzhou, you may stay at the hotel near Shangxiajiu , or Beijing Road, those two pedestrian streets. You will have a lot to do, easier for shopping ,eating,entertament ect. One more place, Teem Mall in Tianhe District. They are the tourist places. Hope you have a good time in Guangzhou. Rocky
