Apply China visa from Bali

I am a Hungarian citizen and at the moment (for 2 month) I am in Bali, Indonesia. I have booked a return ticket from Denpasar to Hong Kong from 14/06/2011 till 21/06/2011. After 2 days in Hong Kong I would like to visit other parts of China too. If I am correct I do not need visa to Hong Kong, but it is required if I go other places to China. My question is: how can I apply for visa from Bali?
Thank you in advance,
Nóra Szabo

There is no Chinese consulate in Bali, you need to apply from China's Consulate General in Surabaya.
