Taxi at Huangshan and buses to Hangzhou

Can I get a taxi at our Tangkou hotel to take us to the Taiping cable car and how much is it? We will come down by the Yuping Cable car by 1pm. Are there many buses back to Hangzhou after that time and where do we catch the bus (please be specific, left or right side of the road etc. I have been there before but can't remember where the long-distance bus station is). Thank you!
