can i get visit visa to china from pakistan individually to visit close friend?

Hi! I want to visit a close friend of mine in china but here the embassy says that for tourism visa only through the travel agency and in group of atleast 5.visiting friends also falls in the category of tourism visa but my purpose of going to china is just visit my firend.I ll stay at her place.I donot operate my bank account much and it is temporarily closed but i can open it and put handsome amount in it.i have the invitation letter from my firend.So what should i do to get the visa.please help.

It is impossible, sir, since you are close friends only. L visa can be issued to individual visitor if you have Invitation letter from your direct relative in China. In your case, you need to follow the visa officers that join a tour and travel China in a group.
