About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

which embassy should authenticate the Sole Directors Resolution if Company is based in Singapore

The company/sponsor is based in Singapore but worker/employee will be coming from Philippines and has no work permit in Singapore... she is working under Vivicreation in Singapore but based in Manila (homebased work). The company wants to send her to China to work there in their branch office. we want to know on who needs to authenticate the Sole Directors Resolution. Is it the China Embassy in Manila or SIngapore. Appreciate your reply

If the company is based in Singapore, you need to get the sole directors resolution authenticated by Chinese embassy in Singapore. But make sure the document should be issued by NOTARY PUBLIC, and authenticated by the SINGAPORE ACADEMY OF LAW first.
