Hi.I know this has been answered in various forms already so I will ask a straight-forward question that is general:When I get to Guilin, can I just walk down to the port area and buy Li River Cruise tickets from Guilin to Yangshuo?Thank you so much!

Yes, you could purchase the cruise ticket at the pier, but it is not assured that you could purchase a ticket of the schedule cruise on the spot as you will. On the other hand, to make sure you could purchase the scheduled cruise, you can go to the Ticket Office of Guilin Li River Sightseeing Dispatching & Balance Center in downtown Guilin. It is located at No.38, Fuwang Garden (near to South Gate Bridge)
