The Tibet Travel Permit is needed.
When you apply for the entry permit to PRC, you’d better not mention that you plan to travel to Tibet.
After you get a visa and enter PRC, you need to find a travel agency to apply for the Tibet Travel Permit for you and then join a tourist group to travel there.

Do I even need Tibet Travel permit in order to get Tibet from Nepal. I'm Bangladeshi Official too. thnx in advance for answering.0
