we will go back to philippines what must we do in getting child entry into philippines. he will have american passport

You need to get an China visa and a Philippines visa for your baby. Did you make birth registration at USA embassy/consulate in China? If you have done it, your baby will get a USA passport, then you take your baby's USA passport, passport photos and birth certificate to go to local Exit-Entry Administrative Department to apply for China visa for him, then go to Philippines embassy/consulate in China to apply for Filipino visa for him.
