About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

Can a Sri Lanka citizen get an individual tourist visa to China?

Are the staff at Chinese embassy really strict about not allowing to apply for individual tourist visa to China, or will they consider the fact that i have sufficiant funds and good record of the pasport while travelling the other countries (i have obtained visa with no problem to the other countries i visited.) i have a booking for the trip and itenary for trip. and hotel booking as well............should i try my luck?? i dont like to travel with a group. what i like is travel by myself.

In principal, nationals of Sri Lanka are not allowed to apply for individual tourist visa to China except that you go to China for visiting family members. But according to your statement, you can try you luck because you have booked a trip and hotel.
